Your Refrigerator is a Reflection of your Life

Your car is a reflection of you.
Your job is a reflection of you.
Your kids are a reflection of you.
Your home is a reflection of you.
The contents of your purse or wallet are a reflection of you.
Sheesh, today I read a piece about how even your your email name and @ handle are a reflection of you.

Open your refrigerator.
Refrigerators are sacred spaces. Refrigerators, ((Sigh)), refrigerators. Showing others our refrigerators makes us feel vulnerable.
Why?
Refrigerators give you an instant and accurate account of how healthy your lifestyle is, and more importantly your level of ownership and involvement in your own life. You are what you eat.
What does this fridge tell you?

What can a person tell from opening your refrigerator?
Everything.
What does this refrigerator tell us?

Plastic tubs of leftovers? Processed foods? Sweets, syrups, sauces? Sparse, save the margarine bucket, pickles and the diet coke and diet protein shake drink cans? Lots of meat? Lots of Dairy? How clean is it? Spills? Sticky goo? Expired packages? Food that has now crossed over into the Science Project timespace continum? Noticeable smell?

Or is it a vegan fridge like this one?

What do you want your fridge to look like inside?
Something to think about.
What does your refrigerator say about you?
